Charter Members Circle
As we launch our Vitality & Vino Club, new members joining by July 31, 2019 will be designated as part of our Charter Members Circle. As a Charter Member, you’ll receive exclusive additional benefits and social opportunities throughout the lifetime of your membership. It’s our way of thanking you for joining us at the start!
As a registered member, you agree to receive emails promoting any special offer(s), including third party offers. We may from time to time send you our newsletter. You may opt-out from receiving special promotions or our newsletter by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or selecting to unsubscribe as may be provided in the applicable email correspondence.
As a subscribed Vitality & Vino Club member, each month you receive:
- The opportunity to attend complimentary events including a wine tasting and healthy lifestyle classes
- Wellness news, recipes and resources
- Discounts or VIP access to events including educational lunches; local and global group getaways; seminars; retreats; guided health challenges; home chef and shopping services; and nutrition and meal planning services
- Priority reservations at Club events, and at other events from The Vineyard, Vitality Endocrinology, Oakland Manor House and other partners
- Your Vitality Pack, filled with healthy discoveries, service specials and a fabulous bottle of wine (non-alcoholic alternative options available)
Your Vitality Pack has a different selection of items each month that always includes a sommelier-selected bottle of wine (or a non-alcoholic alternative product upon request), as well as additional products that may consist of healthy lifestyle products, food and spice samples or special service offers (“Products”). Each month of your membership, the selection of Products may change. Accordingly, Vitality Center Orlando cannot guarantee that a selection available in a particular timeframe will be available in any subsequent timeframe.
BY JOINING AS A MEMBER, YOU AGREE TO PAY THE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR THE PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND EVENTS THAT ARE SUPPLIED EACH MONTH.
Billing and Payments
The price of the Services and/or goods is payable in full before delivery. We accept the following payment methods and credit cards at this time: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. You will automatically be charged each month for your ongoing membership.
If you have committed to a membership period lasting longer than one month (e.g., a six month plan or a twelve month plan), you will automatically be charged for the full membership plan period at the beginning of that membership period. Unless you cancel your membership prior to the end of your then-current membership period, at the end of that period, your membership will automatically be renewed for an additional membership period of the same amount of time.
For your convenience and continuous benefits as a member, if your payment method reaches its expiration date, you authorize us to continue billing that credit card on file including extending the expiration date until we are notified by you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid. We encourage you to constantly update your payment method information or cancel your membership should you wish to discontinue your monthly membership.
Vitality Center Orlando protects your profile and billing information provided through our website’s Member Portal by encrypting your information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) or other comparable security technology. We may use a third party payment service in lieu of directly processing your credit card information such as PayPal. By submitting your credit card information, you grant Vitality Center Orlando the right to store and process your information with Vitality Center Orlando or a third party payment service, which may change from time to time. You agree that Vitality Center Orlando will not be responsible for any failures of itself or a third party to adequately protect such information. All financial matters regarding your information are subject to the conditions of Vitality Center Orlando’s or a third party payment service provider’s terms of service. You acknowledge that we may change the third party payment service and move your information to other service providers that encrypt your information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) or other comparable security technology.
You may pick up your Vitality Pack each month at The Vineyard, 4848 S. Apopka-Vineland Road, Orlando, FL 32819 at the complimentary Vitality & Vino Club wine tasting. If you pick up your Vitality Pack at a time outside of the wine tasting, you and guest can enjoy a complimentary glass of house wine on tap of your selection.
If you fail to pick up your Vitality Pack for any month, it will be saved for you for a time period of three months. You can arrange for pick up from Vitality Center Orlando. Vitality Center Orlando will not issue any Product or credit to your account for unclaimed Vitality Packs.
Returns and Exchanges
If a Product is defective, you may return it to Vitality Center Orlando within thirty (30) days of receipt and we will provide you a new item or credit your account. To request a product replacement, please contact us at email@example.com. When returning Products, it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to see that the Products are not damaged in transit and are received by us at our address as displayed on the Website. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Vitality Center Orlando.
AutoPay Terms & Conditions
I authorize Vitality Center Orlando to, on a recurring basis, automatically charge the debit or credit card account I specified, or to automatically debit the checking or savings account I specified for monthly payments due for my Vitality & Vino Club membership.
I understand that Vitality Center Orlando will initiate transfers/charges pursuant to this authorization not to exceed the amount stated for my membership level. Vitality Center Orlando will initiate transfers or charges on my Membership Anniversary Date. The origination of ACH transactions to my checking or savings account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law.
Vitality Center Orlando may discontinue processing of recurring charges if Vitality Center Orlando is unable to secure funds from my debit or credit card or from my bank account for the payments I have authorized due to, but not limited to, insufficient or uncollected funds in the account or insufficient or inaccurate information I provided. Vitality Center Orlando may, if applicable, undertake collection action, including application of returned check fees to the extent permitted by law. All such fees may be collected electronically.
I am responsible for providing Vitality Center Orlando with accurate payment account information if such information changes in the future. I understand that I may contact Vitality Center Orlando at least seven days prior to my next due date to request recurring payments be changed or discontinued. Vitality Center Orlando will not initiate further transfers or charges after I have cancelled and Vitality Center Orlando has had a reasonable period of time to process my request. I also understand that I am not waiving my rights under the Electronic Funds Transfer Act to stop payments by directly contacting the financial institution where I have the checking or savings account I specified above, and that my exercise of such rights does not constitute a breach of this authorization.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Contact us with your ideas on how we can improve your Vitality & Vino Club membership. You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. Please allow 14 days notice for cancellation; cancellations made by the 15th day of the preceding month will be effective for that month, if no benefits have been received for that month. If benefits have been received for that month, the cancellation will be in effect for the next month.
