Olga Ivanov, MD, FACS is a world-renowned cancer surgeon and a key opinion leader in the field of breast cancer. After decades of treating disease, she now focuses on the prevention of disease, educating people on the impacts of lifestyle choices and best practices for optimum health. Her mission is to educate while entertaining, so transformation becomes inevitable, far-reaching and long-lasting. With her extensive experience as a surgeon, educator, research scientist, author and entrepreneur, she delivers medically-supervised retreats presented by experienced experts who share her passion.
Amber Orman, MD
Board Certified Specialist
Dr. Orman is a plant-based radiation oncologist who specializes in integrative therapies for breast cancer at AdventHealth Medical Group. She is an Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. She has served as faculty at Moffitt Cancer Center, and assistant professor at the University of South Florida Morsani School of Medicine. Her past honors have included an award for best-performing student at her alma mater, Rose-Hulman, and selection for the John H. Edwards Fellowship at the Indiana University School of Medicine. She was also peer nominated as a Tampa Top Doctor in 2017. She is pursuing her board certification in Lifestyle Medicine, as well as designing a unique lifestyle medicine program for breast cancer patients and survivors. Her research interests include nutrition and gut microbiome modulation in relation to breast cancer prevention, treatment and survivorship.
Saadia Alvi, MD

Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism
Dr. Alvi believes in the power of conventional evidence-based medicine partnered with lifestyle medical approaches to treat, manage and prevent endocrine-based conditions. After 13 years of practice, she opened her direct care membership practice, Vitality Endocrinology, to help her patients actively pursue better health. As a plant-based endocrinologist, Dr. Alvi takes endocrine treatment to a more in-depth level of encompassing health, emphasizing a partnership between her and her patients for optimum health now and into the future. She is pursuing her board certification in Lifestyle Medicine. Her previous staff positions include Orlando Health South Lake Hospital in Clermont, Florida and Mercy Hospital & Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Alvi is a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
Laura Powell, ARNP
Laura Powell, ARNP uses her nearly two decades of primary care experience to provide high quality primary medical care alongside education to promote health and prevent illness. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) with Matrix Medical Network. As an independent sales coordinator for the Juice Plus Company, she educates people on the value of whole food nutrition and teaches them how to live a healthy life through eating and growing fruits and vegetables. She frequently speaks at local Juice Plus wellness events and Juice Plus "Doctor Panel" events. She holds American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification. She is also certified or licensed in EKG, cardio-pulmonary resuscitation, advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support and neonatal resuscitation. She provides her patients health risk assessments which include medical history, physical exam and collaboration with primary care physicians and family members regarding any recommendations and referrals for the member. She also makes appropriate referrals and recommendations based on patients’ medical, psychiatric and social services health needs. Previous positions include Optum Clinical Services with UHC; Moore Medical Group; Minute Clinic; Internal Medicine Group, P.A.; Florida Hospital; and East Alabama Medical Center. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from University of Central Florida and a B.S. in Nursing from Auburn University. She is a member of Central Florida Council of Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners, District V, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, Theta Epsilon Chapter.
Maressa Rahn is a Body-Brain Connection and Self-Care Coach. Her coaching combines four decades of experience working with the body while grafting knowledge of the brain, stress and basic human behavior. Through this approach, she brings a unique perspective to the science of self-care. She helps clients understand the connection between the body and brain and how to better manage the stresses of modern life. Her goal is to empower her clients through knowledge to create a personalized self-care plan and to live their best quality of life. She has extensive knowledge and understanding of how stresses on the body affect the brain and stresses of the brain affect the body. Her training includes Extensive Life Coaching Trainings; Movement Therapies including Re-education and Re-Integration; and Licensed Massage Therapy including Lymphatic, Cranial-Sacral, Zero Balancing, MPS Scar Release and Concussion Therapy. She is certified in Movement Programs including Yoga, Pilates and QiGong. She is self-studied and has lived experience as a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend and business owner. Her goal has been to put into practice what she teaches by implementing her own self-care in order to bring her best self to her family and clients. She believes that a “healthy me, mind and body,” is the best gift she can give to those she cares about. She believes that her state of being can empower others to do the same.
Courtney Mosser is an evidenced based registered dietitian, master level reiki healer, meditative yoga teacher and certified lifestyle eating and performance therapist. She is Board Certified in Oncology Nutrition (2013-18). Currently, she is completing her master’s degree in functional medicine as well as training in sound therapy. She specializes in oncology, food sensitivities, auto-immune disorders, eating disorders and performance nutrition. Whether speaking at health fairs, support groups, corporate wellness venues or seminars, the opportunity to share and engage with a room full of people is always a favorite part of her week. She received her bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida. She performed her dietetic internship through Winthrop University, working at Beaufort Memorial Hospital. Previous positions include outpatient dietitian for the Medical Center of Central Georgia and head and neck oncology dietitian at the Head and Neck Surgery Center in Celebration, Florida.
